Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced finance leadership.
• One year of relevant education may substitute for one year of required work experience.

Responsibilities

• Annual operating and capital budget: lead development with clinical operational and executive leadership.
• Financial planning cycle: partner with leaders to include real-time insights into long-range plans.
• Performance trending and ad hoc analyses: enable data-driven insights and proactive risk assessment.
• New business/venture assessment: evaluate strategic opportunities with clinical/operational leaders.
• Supporting strategic initiatives and implementation: guide reports usage and process improvements.
• Routine monthly/annual reporting: coordinate close cycles and communicate results with leaders.
• Supervisory/Leadership/Performance Reviews: mentor and develop a high-caliber finance team.
• Key business partner to clinical operational and executive teams: respond to time-sensitive financial requests.
• Balancing priorities and managing to tight deadlines: meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Describing relationship between local and COE: liaise with Centers of Excellence and Shared Service groups.
