Job summary

Aylo Health is seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance & Operations to partner with the COO and support the CFO. The role blends finance and clinical operations, turning data into decisions for staffing, compensation, and performance measurement across multiple clinics and service lines.

The ideal candidate will build and interpret complex models, develop actionable dashboards, and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or related quantitative field required.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or MHA preferred.
• Generally, 3–10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, decision support, strategic finance/FP&A, healthcare analytics, or operations analysis.

Responsibilities

• Business-line performance analysis across primary care, imaging, and sleep; provide variance and root-cause commentary.
• Build pro formas and business cases to evaluate new or expanded service lines; quantify investment and risks.
• Support footprint expansion with market modeling, capacity planning, and financial feasibility for new locations.
• Develop staffing models for physicians, APPs, and radiologic technologists to align capacity with demand and financial goals.
• Model support-staff coverage and ratios for medical assistants, front desk, and patient contact center.
• Develop, analyze, and help execute provider and staff compensation models; test scenarios and quantify impact.
• Produce ad hoc analyses for COO, CFO, and operations leaders with timely, decision-ready outputs.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to inform executive and operational decisions.
