Job summary

Funders Concerned About AIDS (FCAA) seeks a Manager/Director of Finance and Administration to strengthen internal operations for a small, global philanthropy-serving nonprofit. The role oversees financial, HR, governance, vendor, technology, and compliance systems.

Based remotely in the U.S., you will support membership renewals, grants management, donor stewardship logistics, and major convenings while coordinating with external advisors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in nonprofit financial and operations administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial administration with Executive Director and board treasurer.
• Manage invoices, payables, vendor payments, and international payments.
• Coordinate audits, tax, insurance, banking, compliance, and internal controls.
• Maintain calendars for finance, grants, compliance, and organization.
