Amazon Freight Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to lead shipper-level margin analysis and partner with Sales, Pricing, and Costing teams. You will own cost analysis, build weekly/monthly reports, and ensure accurate financial reporting across cross-functional groups.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in tax, finance or a related analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA with finance emphasis.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.

Aufgaben

• Own Shipper level Margin Analysis and partner with Sales, Pricing and other teams to address issues in margin.
• Perform the Cost dive deep in partnership with Cost Planning and Execution team and build template to show weekly, monthly and YTD performance including commentary for leadership reviews
• Partner with Cross Functional teams on cost allocation and its methodology to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify opportunities to resolve defects proactively and improve, scale, or simplify finance tools across teams and organizations.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams and partner finance teams to ensure seamless integration of the AF plan into the overall Worldwide Operations.
• With Controllership as the top priority, identify, resolve, or provide guidance to resolve complex data integrity issues; improve controls to address financial risk and support frugality.
• Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs; make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments.
• Use active listening skills to communicate data clearly; tailor style for various audiences to articulate complex finance issues.
• Have backbone, disagree and commit to foster constructive dialogues, harmonize conflicting views, resolve issues, and drive decisions.
