The role involves coordinating planning processes, performing variance analyses, establishing standard costs, and mentoring a team of financial analysts to drive margin improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning: long-range plans, annual budgets, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis vs. budget and forecast.
• Set standard costs for budgeting and P&L management.
• Oversee post-audit tracking and cash flow models for strategic initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and supervise financial analysts.
• Identify margin expansion opportunities via contribution margin analysis.
• Lead financial reviews with executives and management.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams.
• Travel to corporate HQ for trainings and leadership meetings.
• Train analysts to optimize processes and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
