Job summary

Galloway & Company, Inc. is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis to support executive decisions. Reporting to the CFO, this role will build scalable FP&A processes and drive actionable insights.

This position starts as an individual contributor with a clear path to managing FP&A analysts as the function scales, translating data into strategic guidance for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop management reporting packages and variance analysis.
• Track KPIs including utilization, revenue drivers, and profit center performance.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and risk/opportunity analysis.
• Support acquisition integration with consolidated reporting and pro forma financials.
• Build and maintain financial models for performance evaluation.
• Improve reporting processes, systems, and data integrity across ERP, BI and Excel tools.
• Standardize reporting workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Assist in FP&A tools and reporting automation implementations.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and board reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting to align reporting and planning.
