Job summary

Amazon Robotics Sortable (ARS) is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with operational and functional leaders, delivering financial analyses, forecasts, and reports to drive business decisions. You will own complex modeling, lead weekly/monthly reviews, and ensure data integrity across financial platforms.

You will mentor team members, foster diverse perspectives, and communicate results clearly to non-finance partners, supporting robust risk management and process improvements across ARS sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field
• Knowledge of SQL/ETL and large-scale data mining tools is preferred, with experience in financial systems like Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyses with minimal guidance to drive results and improvements.
• Lead, develop and execute weekly and monthly financial reviews, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Identify and solve data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolutions.
• Propose controls to address risks from business, policy, and regulatory changes.
• Create strong business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and guide during unexpected events.
