Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Irving, Texas is seeking a Finance Manager to provide business finance support, controllership, and strategic partnership to Site Leaders and regional directors within Amazon Robotics Sortable operations. You will build financial models, evaluate labor plan assumptions for cost optimization, and deliver recommendations that drive operational improvements.

You will own financial reporting, solve data integrity issues, and partner across Safety, Maintenance Engineering,

Qualifications

5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field
MBA or CPA preferred
Knowledge of SQL/ETL and data tools is advantageous
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Responsibilities

Build financial models and evaluate labor plan assumptions to ensure cost-optimal operations, drawing conclusions and making recommendations
Align financial and operational analyses with business partners, challenging assumptions when necessary
Own financial reporting for your business area, supervise and coach others on reporting accuracy
Identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and automate or standardize finance tools and processes
Communicate financial data clearly to partners across Safety, Maintenance Engineering, HR, Process Engineering, and Sales and Operations Planning
