Job summary

Viant is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance in Irvine, CA to lead budgeting, Board materials, earnings support, and strategic analyses. You will partner with senior leadership to drive business planning, corporate development, and investment decisions.

The role requires strong financial modeling, Excel/PowerPoint prowess, and proven collaboration with executives. Expect cross-functional responsibility and a fast-paced environment at Viant.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, capital markets, IR, or FP&A.
• Experience influencing and collaborating with senior executives, including preparing materials for Boards, executive committees, or investors.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; expert Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the preparation and delivery of budget and Board materials, executive presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership insights with strategic impact.
• Contribute to quarterly earnings preparation, including investor materials, scripts, and Q&A.
• Conduct external benchmarking and shareholder/peer analysis to inform IR strategy.
• Provide analytical support for M&A and corporate development, including financial analyses and presentation materials.
