Johnstone Supply, North America's leading wholesale distributor of HVACR equipment, is seeking a Corporate Development Associate in Dallas to support strategic growth initiatives and core FP&A efforts. You will provide high‑visibility analysis and partner with executives to drive data‑informed decisions.

The role requires strong financial modeling, KPI dashboards, and experience with Excel, Power BI, and related tools; you'll work with stakeholders across the organization on acquisitions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of three years in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of financial reporting, presentations and analyses for Management, Board, banks, and sponsors.
• Support KPI dashboards, board materials, and variance analyses.
• Assess drivers of financial performance with business stakeholders.
• Drive insights through data analytics using Excel and BI platforms.
• Assist in due diligence and development of forecasting models.
• Develop projections and valuations for acquisitions and financial plans.
