The role requires strategic, hands-on leadership, with significant ownership of financial systems, processes, and reporting. Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $185,000 plus bonus opportunities; benefits include health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 15+ years in accounting and finance.
• 5+ years in manufacturing and/or construction; dual experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years leading an accounting/finance team.
• Strong GAAP knowledge: general ledger, budgets, cost accounting, revenue recognition.

Aufgaben

• Direct finance & accounting functions and lead a growing accounting team.
• Stabilize and optimize Acumatica implementation; serve as super user.
• Analyze financial information to advise on business decisions.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, AR/AP, payroll, inventory costing, fixed assets.
• Coordinate budgets and forecasts with department leaders; enforce internal controls.
• Manage external accounting firm and tax planning/compliance.
