Kele Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Director of Finance to act as a strategic analytical partner to finance and business leadership, using data to identify opportunities and drive informed decisions across growth, pricing, marketing, operations, M&A, and capital investments.

This role sits within FP&A but emphasizes turning large data resources into actionable insights to guide where the business should invest, how it should grow, and what creates value.

Qualifications

• 2 years of post-MBA consulting experience (or 2+ years at pre-MBA level) at a top-tier strategy firm.
• Direct experience supporting distribution and/or industrial clients.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects across transformation, commercial and operational initiatives, post-merger integration, etc.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analytical projects from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, and implementation.
• Evaluate growth opportunities across markets, facilities, and investments.
• Assess financial and strategic impact of major business decisions with quantitative and qualitative factors.
• Develop financial analyses and business cases to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders across finance, operations, sales, marketing, IT, and other functions.
