Job summary

Kele Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Director of Finance to act as a strategic analytical partner, using data and financial analysis to identify opportunities, evaluate questions, and drive informed decisions across growth, pricing, marketing, and capital investment.

Sitting in FP&A, the role is a highly analytical problem solver who turns data into insights to guide investments, growth plans, and major initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post-MBA consulting experience or equivalent cross-functional strategy work.
• Strong ability to analyze and solve complex business problems using data.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex, ambiguous business questions and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Lead strategic analytical projects from definition to implementation.
• Evaluate growth opportunities across markets, facilities, and investments.
• Assess financial and strategic impact of major decisions balancing quantitative and qualitative factors.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, marketing, IT and others to shape recommendations.
• Support M&A and other strategic initiatives with financial and operational insights.
• Build repeatable analytical frameworks to prioritize initiatives.
