Job summary

Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic seeks an experienced Director of Finance to provide financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. This role partners with the CEO and department heads to guide strategic decisions and maintain financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities include leading FP&A, ensuring GAAP and SEC adherence, supervising the finance team, delivering monthly and annual reports, and optimizing profitability and ROIs through disciplined financial

Qualifications

• GAAP and SEC rules knowledge and compliance.
• Lead FP&A including forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage direct reports and finance team.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Oversee payroll, taxes, compliance, and year-end close.
• Develop profitability, ROI, and financial stability strategies.
• Collaborate with executives to develop budgets and track KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
• Lead FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Manage direct reports and lead a growing finance team.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Oversee accounting functions, including payroll, taxes, compliance, and year-end close.
• Develop strategies to increase profitability and financial stability.
• Collaborate with executives to develop budgets and track KPIs.
• Prepare financial information for CPA, including year-end financials and Form 5500.
