Google seeks a Finance Manager for Technical Infrastructure’s Networking team in the US. You will partner with senior leaders to develop long-range CapEx/OpEx plans, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee cost management. The role demands deep FP&A expertise, team leadership, and ability to influence cross-functionally.

You will model business scenarios, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to executives. Competitive compensation includes a target bonus and equity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 14 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or related function, or an advanced degree.
• Experience building, developing, and managing teams.
• Experience in finance including planning, annual planning, financial reporting, business case review, cost management and automation in a multinational setting.

Aufgaben

• Partner with finance and business leaders to create long-range CapEx and OpEx plans with sound governance.
• Drive strategic projects across the networking team, including benchmarking and automation.
• Lead portfolio investments, efficiency initiatives, and business case reviews for Subsea, Terrestrial, and R&D.
• Manage unit cost and cost allocation to ensure fair internal costs.
• Build and empower a high-performing team to achieve financial and business goals.
