Job summary

Google’s Finance team seeks a capable professional to drive performance analyses and scalable financial processes. You will partner with product and business teams to develop forward-looking analyses, manage dashboards, and deliver management reports that inform strategic decisions across Google products.

US-based role with a strong emphasis on process design, controls, and statistical methods. Eligible for equity, bonus target, and comprehensive benefits as part of the total compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function, or 2 years with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise processes and make necessary improvements for growth.
• Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
