Job summary

Central Ozarks Medical Center seeks a senior finance leader to oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial planning. You will supervise the Accounting Manager and AP/Finance staff, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and collaborate with the CFO on strategic initiatives and compliance with healthcare financial rules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
5 years of professional accounting experience; healthcare experience preferred.
Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate budgeting, procurement, and financial planning.
Oversee payroll processing and monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reports.
Audit coordination and annual audit support; ensure internal controls.
Develop and implement purchasing and finance policies within guidelines.
Support CFO on special projects and process improvements.
Monitor vendor accounts and ensure proper approvals.
