Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated, Monroe, MI, seeks a Residential Commercial Finance Manager to lead forecasting of sales and cost of sales, develop customer profitability analyses, and drive pricing and ROI analyses for new and existing products. The role collaborates with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain to optimize margins and support GTM initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting with 6–8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
5+ years of Supervisor/Leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
Retail Brand and/or CPG experience, particularly in Sales Finance.
Good collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

Lead forecasting of Residential sales and cost of sales (at standard) and communicate forecast changes.
Create and maintain customer profitability analyses for top customers.
Lead product and product group pricing analyses to maximize sales and gross profit.
Develop new product business case analyses and contribute to cross-functional Go-To-Market planning.
Analyze ROI for trade and volume discount programs and support new program proposals.
Coordinate financial analyses for bi-annual market introductions and margin optimization.
