Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance team supporting Partner Growth & Strategy within AWS. You will own financial modeling, funding governance, portfolio analytics, and executive reporting for a large partner incentives portfolio.

You’ll partner with PG&S leadership and ASP Finance to drive ROI, design scalable funding processes, and present portfolio reviews to VP-level stakeholders. High visibility with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

10+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience.
8+ years of process improvements with automation and analysis.
5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams.
12+ years in finance, accounting, or related analytics.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models for partner growth initiatives, including ROI analysis, incrementality, and scenario planning
Design and deliver recurring portfolio reviews for senior leadership (VP/CFO), with strategic insights and resource allocation recommendations
Codify initiative design patterns into a Best Practices Playbook (funding mechanisms, approval governance, partner incentive structures) for reuse across new programs
Prepare monthly business review content and monthly program updates, narrative write-ups and data-driven recommendations across entire org
Evaluate and provide financial input on new proposals from PG&S leadership and their directs, applying appropriate rigor while maintaining partnership
Manage a team of finance professionals, setting clear goals to deliver high value impact
