Traba, based in New York, is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to partner with the Head of Finance and department leads. You will drive strategic financial planning, fundraising, and resource allocation while shaping growth initiatives across GTM and operations.

In this fast-paced, mission-driven startup, you will build financial models, analyze profitability, and drive disciplined financial operations across the organization. This onsite role at NY HQ offers equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity, growth equity, venture capital or strategic finance at a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Head of Finance and CEO to drive strategic financial planning, decision-making, and fundraising efforts
• Support the development and execution of financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives, especially across GTM and Operations
• Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across areas such as business expansion, pricing and packaging and capital efficiency
• Drive financial discipline across the organization, ensuring accuracy in all financial data and operations
• Track and optimize key operating metrics including revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics

About The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Strategic Finance Lead to join our team as a right-hand partner to our Head of Finance and Department Leads. In this critical role, you’ll help drive our next phase of growth by supporting strategic decision-making and leading key financial and operational initiatives. Salary Range Details

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, with a highly competitive equity package. We want you to share meaningfully in the long-term upside of what we are building. Location and Work Style

This role is based onsite in New York City, five days per week. We build in person, it is how we move fast, make decisions in real time, and hold a high standard together.
