Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Economics or related field with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, productivity, and decisions.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling enabled by technology.
• Design management reporting packages focused on KPIs and EBITDA.
• Leverage analytics and visualization tools to influence decision-making.
• Drive working capital improvements and transparency in cash flow reporting.
• Optimize Finance and Accounting processes and service delivery.
• Support Day One readiness and execution of transactions or liquidity events.
• Fill interim or surge leadership roles as needed.
• Identify and apply AI, automation, and emerging tech to enhance processes.
• Address audit committee and board concerns and manage enterprise risk.
• Assess Finance vision and design execution plans.
