Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Analyst, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A to join our new team. You’ll contribute to financial strategy, model development, and planning while partnering with the CFO and other leaders.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining core financial models and cash flow forecasts, supporting capital markets initiatives, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for executives and the Board.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, and/or management consulting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and clearly present financial information.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: develop and maintain core financial models and cash flow forecasts
• Strategic Projects: provide analysis on high-impact projects, from capital markets initiatives to fundraising strategies
• Reporting: assist in creating reports and narratives for executives and Board, monthly/quarterly/annual planning documents
• Collaboration: work with FP&A and Accounting to ensure seamless reporting and analysis
• KPIs: track and refine key performance indicators, reporting on progress toward strategic goals
