Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Associate for Card PXT Finance to drive strategic financial analysis and reporting, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and advise business leaders on profitability and efficiency.

You will partner with CFOs, deliver executive-ready materials, and lead cross-functional efforts across product areas with a focus on design of management reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Business Management or Controller.
• Proven ability delivering timely, high quality presentations or reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills.
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual/continual financial planning activities for product areas and provide decisions on monthly performance.
• Report and monitor key metrics, drive data quality, and define future needs.
• Perform variance analysis and present commentary to senior managers.
• Create wireframes and mockups for management presentations, reports and dashboards.
• Communicate with business partners to understand projects and drive next steps.
• Deliver key work streams and tasks while managing risks and controls.
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within the RCSA framework.
• Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions.
• Collect and maintain internal resources on collaboration sites like SharePoint.
• Collaborate with global managers to simplify and improve business processes.
