Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a finance professional to perform financial and business analysis, including forecasting and review of financial reports, records and trends. You will develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to support analysis and reporting.

The role includes leading financial analyses, presenting findings to management, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of studies and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Access.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong relationship building skills and ability to think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts and analyses of financial reports, records and trends.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to facilitate analysis.
• Lead financial analysis projects and document recommendations to management.
• Present summaries to management at all levels and communicate project status.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of analyses.
• Input, retrieve or display accounting information using PC/mainframe systems.
