Texas Capital is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Enterprise Finance team with reporting, forecasts, and enhancements to the annual operating plan. You will partner with business leadership to develop insights, financial models, and strategic analyses that inform executive decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting and at least 3 years of related experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of related financial/business analysis and planning experience.
• Ability to build relationships with officers and provide thought leadership to executives.
• Experience thriving in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and oral communication and partnering skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet manipulation, modeling and forecasting.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain models, reports, and processes for quarterly forecast and strategic planning.
• Develop reports and synthesize analysis; present conclusions in written and verbal form.
• Develop knowledge of the business/LOB being supported and create executive-level presentations.
• Support development of Finance department goals and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested and manage multiple concurrent projects.
