Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end revenue, expense, and cash analyses for Board reporting.
Monitor financial results, identify risks, and advise on mitigations.
Conduct ridership, revenue analysis and forecasting; support fare policy proposals.
Provide financial support to operating agencies and conduct strategic analyses.
Collaborate on workforce planning, hiring plans, and overtime management.
Present financial information to external auditors, senior leadership, and boards.
Understand collective bargaining provisions and impact on expenses.
Lead a culture of integrity, development, and succession planning.
