Job summary
Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Director of Finance to lead day-to-day accounting, drive financial strategy, and partner with executive leadership across a multi-unit retail environment. You will oversee planning, payroll oversight, cash management, and operational improvements to increase accuracy and profitability.
You will manage a team, develop robust financial models, and provide executive-level reporting and insights to guide strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and development of finance teams across multiple units.
- Build and drive budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial plans.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical and modeling capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Communicate clearly with executives and operations on financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management processes.
- Oversee payroll, inventories, fixed assets, reconciliations, and internal controls.
- Coordinate audits and tax planning with external CPA firms.
- Support acquisitions, capital projects, and expansion initiatives.
