Qualifications

• 7–10+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or business.
• 5+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Management, Economics or related field.
• Must live within commutable distance to Hanover, MD; HQ or other locations.
• Ability to lead inclusively and drive for results.
• Strong decision-making and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership to set and realize sales goals.
• Provide financial guidance to position engagements profitably while mitigating risk.
• Represent the organization at executive levels internally and externally.
• Maintain fiduciary responsibility for the business segment.
• Set and manage sales team policies and procedures.
• Develop team members to feed future leadership.
• Collaborate with department leadership to meet objectives.
• Develop and execute plans addressing company objectives and challenges.
