Job summary

Colwen Hotels invites applications for a Director of Finance, Hotel Operations, to partner with our CFO and lead finance across 40+ hotels. You will oversee Finance and Accounting, strengthen internal controls, and deliver real-time insights for agile decision-making.

You will champion the evolution of our finance technology, optimize tools, and help design systems for tomorrow while supporting rapid growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of multi-property finance management experience.
• Hospitality Finance experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG).
• MBA/CPA preferred; Experience with ProfitSword, Sage Intacct, and Ottimate; Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Finance/Accounting across the hotel portfolio.
• Provide financial guidance to hotel and corporate leadership.
• Conduct regular financial reviews, forecasts, and balance sheets.
• Drive process improvements to optimize hotel profit and controls.
• Collaborate with property leadership to optimize budgeting and forecasting.
