Job summary

Hyatt seeks a strategic and collaborative Complex Director of Finance to provide financial leadership across a portfolio of properties. This role partners with General Managers and property Directors of Finance to strengthen financial performance, consistency, controls and decision-making across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience, multi-property hospitality, retail or related industry preferred.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level financial leadership across five properties.
• Ensure consistent financial practices and strong internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end close and cash-management processes.
• Coordinate with General Managers and property Directors of Finance for consolidated planning.
• Mentor and develop finance teams across the portfolio.
• Partner with owners, asset managers and stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
