Lummus Technology invites a seasoned Director, Business Finance CLG to join our global finance team. You will drive planning cycles, provide insights to executives, and ensure financial discipline across designated business areas.

You will partner with senior leaders, own actuals vs forecast, build business cases, and deliver actionable results that enhance profitability, cash flow, and ROIC. This role requires 10+ years of finance partnering, strong analytical and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance partnering with business leaders.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to influence across diverse teams.
• Experience in global and/or matrixed organizations; Joint Venture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning cadence: annual budget, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long‑range planning.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses to guide investment decisions.
• Provide executive decision support with insights into risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Own JV reporting, governance, and alignment with consolidated Lummus results.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance across the company.
