The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with seven years of related experience; CPA is preferred.

• Responsible for monthly financial statement review and analysis and annual budget preparation.
• Responsible for driving finance initiatives and monthly tracking towards goals along with assistance in identification of initiatives.
• Responsible for stewardship communications and investigation into trends.
• Designs and utilizes forecast models for annual budgets and interim financial reviews.
• Performs routine and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Serves as a financial liaison on planning committees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
