Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience; construction industry preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Job Cost, POC, WIP reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to ownership and executive management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and project accounting functions.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, accounts receivable/payable, and financing relationships.
• Direct GAAP financial reporting, internal controls, and financial system improvements.
• Lead and develop finance and accounting personnel; foster accountability and collaboration.
