Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Ten years progressively responsible financial management experience.
• Financial planning experience.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual operating and capital budgets production and reconciliation.
• Maintain involvement with leadership to ensure factors for annual budget are considered.
• Oversee development of financial reporting systems for the assigned area.
• Oversee establishment and implementation of systems for forecasting, capital funds management.
• Create and maintain KPIs to maximize financial performance.
• Coordinate creation and use of business intelligence tools.
• Perform financial analyses of actual vs. budgeted performance.
• Produce monthly financial statements and reports.
• Oversee accounting for income and expense projections and changes.
• Conduct financial analyses for program/product development.
• Develop financial models to support service lines.
• Develop/monitor compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
• Direct supervise exempt finance staff and mentor department staff.
