Job summary

ALOM is hiring an experienced Controller to oversee financial management, reporting, and accounting operations for U.S. locations, reporting to the CFO. The role requires a hands-on leader who collaborates across finance, operations, and external partners to drive cost efficiency and strategic insights.

We seek a CPA/CMA with 8–12+ years in accounting, including multi-site or manufacturing/supply chain experience, and strong U.S. GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
8–12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; multi-site or manufacturing/supply chain exp.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
Experience in technology-enabled or supply-chain/logistics organizations is desirable.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations: general ledger, cost/revenue recognition, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, month-end close.
Ensure timely, accurate US GAAP financial statements.
Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with insightful analysis.
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and external partners to improve margins.
Lead audits and liaise with external auditors; support ERP enhancements and treasury/tax activities.
