Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing in Vineland, NJ is seeking a Controller to partner with the President to drive financial performance and provide analyses for business decisions, projects, and investments.

The role oversees accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and financial records; manages monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes, audits, and reporting for leadership and the parent company.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of Controller/Accounting/Financial experience.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
• Experience with manufacturing planning and reporting software systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President to improve financial performance and provide analysis for business decisions, projects, and investments
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, benefits, cash controls, and financial records
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, financial reporting, audits, and analysis for leadership and the parent company
• Maintain internal controls, ISO 9001 compliance, banking relationships, vendor accounts, and overall financial accuracy
