The Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate to join the Office of the CFO. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role responsible for building the analytical backbone of the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial planning function, strengthening data-driven decision-making, and supporting investor communication in a complex and rapidly evolving environment.

The role is ideally suited to a finance professional with sharp quantitative instincts, sound business judgment, and a bias for ownership. It offers exceptional exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional decision-making in a performance-oriented, mission-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize the financial planning cycle—supporting annual budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and multi-year strategic models that guide the company's resource allocation and growth strategy.
• Drive performance accountability by delivering deep-dive variance analysis, monthly business reviews, and real-time KPI monitoring; connect financial outcomes to operational levers across the organization.
• Build and evolve dynamic financial models to support capital planning, pricing strategy, unit economics, and cohort-level ROI; serve as a key architect of the firm’s decision-support infrastructure.
• Act as a strategic partner to business units, embedding finance into the DNA of day-to-day operations; support leaders across product, sales, and operations with high-quality financial insight and rigorous decision frameworks.
• Support investor relations and board communication, producing high-quality, insight-rich materials for internal and external stakeholders—including board decks, investor updates, and fundraising support.
• Partner with data & analytics teams to translate raw data into actionable intelligence; drive integration of operational and financial datasets to support proactive, forward-looking strategy.
• Identify and lead process improvements, supporting the scale-up of financial systems, automation, and reporting workflows to increase transparency, speed, and impact of financial operations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced credentials (e.g., CFA, CPA, or MBA) a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, consulting, or strategic finance within a high-growth or analytically intensive environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect granular financial insights to broader strategic implications.
• Highly structured communicator with a track record of producing executive-grade outputs.
• Bias for action, ownership mentality, and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-change environments.
