Job summary

Finish Line in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance & Strategy - Transportation to provide critical financial support for JD Group North America’s Supply Chain and Transportation. You will drive cost optimization and sustainable savings through modeling, KPI development, and variance analysis.

You will collaborate across teams and vendors to align on strategic initiatives and support a shared-service model for multiple brands within JD Group North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in finance, supply chain, transportation analytics.
• Advanced Excel and Access; SQL and Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Transportation and supply chain leadership for financial discipline and cost optimization.
• Develop ad-hoc financial models and cost-benefit analyses for investments, improvements, and negotiations.
• Support shared-services integration across JD Group NA brands including Finish Line and others.
• Develop KPI dashboards and quarterly/annual operational reporting for transportation performance.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on network optimization, modal mix, revenue modeling, and labor impacts.
• Monitor variances and trends to identify root causes and cost-saving levers.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning within the supply chain cycle.
• Ensure data integrity by consolidating data from multiple sources and translating insights.
