Job summary

Fluid Quip Technologies is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level dashboards. This role focuses on building robust financial models, performing market research, and turning large data sets into actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.

The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams and leverage AI and automation to streamline financial operations, enabling informed strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Experience developing financial, operational, and predictive models to support business planning and decision making.
• Experience in data analysis and demonstrated understanding of database structures.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning with scenarios and sensitivity testing.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual results to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver management reports, dashboards, and presentations with insights for stakeholders and executives.
• Create reports and dashboards for project profitability and budget performance analysis at the project level.
• Collaborate with business units to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation decisions.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and business cases, including launches, market expansion, pricing, or M&A.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes using emerging tech and automation.
• Support senior leadership on special projects.
