Job summary

Allegiant Air is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to support cross-department long-term planning and forecasting. You will develop and oversee the Strategic Model, delivering data-driven insights to leadership to guide decisions in a dynamic aviation environment.

The role requires building and interpreting complex financial models, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics and/or Engineering.
• 1+ year of experience in business, economics and/or math; ability to build spreadsheet models and outputs.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative financial acumen; proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Proficient in building and interpreting complex financial models (BS, Income Statement, CF).
• Airline industry knowledge and GAAP vs non-GAAP understanding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Strategic Model and present to senior leadership.
• Update peers' financial models and report industry performance to leadership.
• Provide recurring updates to credit agencies on future performance and capital structure.
• Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings and earnings calls.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses for Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Finance teams.
