Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience and post-secondary degree in a related field.
• Professional accounting designation is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across groups.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable financial insights.
• Experience leading reporting, close processes, and governance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute accounting, risk and regulatory initiatives to deliver accurate financial results.
• Oversee planning, closing and reporting processes for group, legal entities and reportable segments.
• Provide strategic accounting guidance and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and regulators as needed.
• Support development and implementation of accounting programs and controls.
