Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Equipment Procurement Manager to own FF&E procurement across the WWRGD program. You will drive data-driven optimization, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional sourcing events to align with project timelines and enterprise goals.

In this role, you will partner with Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, and Category Management to ensure timely deliveries, bolster supplier relationships, and implement cost-reduction initiatives that scale across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) experience.
• Experience with supplier or vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Execute FF&E procurement plans per program direction, ensuring all purchase orders and equipment deliveries align with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Manage procurement operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; track purchase orders from execution through delivery to ensure timely completion.
• Create and nurture strong vendor partnerships; ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, and Category Management to coordinate procurement activities and resolve project challenges.
• Identify and resolve procurement obstacles quickly in a fast-paced environment; develop creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve stakeholder experience.
• Track and manage budgets across multiple sites and projects; optimize spending while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
