Job summary

Responsibilities

Execute FF&E procurement plans per program direction, ensuring all purchase orders and equipment deliveries align with project timelines and budget constraints.
Manage procurement operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; track purchase orders from execution through delivery to ensure timely completion.
Create and nurture strong vendor partnerships; ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries.
Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, and Category Management to coordinate procurement activities and resolve project challenges.
Identify and resolve procurement obstacles quickly in a fast-paced environment; develop creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve stakeholder experience.
Track and manage budgets across multiple sites and projects; optimize spending while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.
