Job summary

Zantech is seeking a Technology Modernization & Innovation Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Hybrid role based in Ashburn, VA. This position focuses on providing technical strategy and leadership related to IT modernization projects within a Federal environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, including expertise in cloud architecture and software engineering, as well as a Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications. Zantech is committed to offering competitive compensation and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 15 years of Federal IT modernization and technology management experience.
• 10+ years providing technical leadership for complex projects in a Federal environment.
• Experience leading cloud and application modernization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and demonstrate tech-enabled approaches to improve mission performance.
• Lead prototyping and technical demonstrations for Government decisions.
• Advise on scalable, low-risk solutions aligned with Government priorities.
