Job summary

Erie’s Public Schools is seeking a Coordinator of Federal Programs to oversee the administration of ESSA-funded initiatives, including Title I–IV, and ensure compliant use of federal funds.

The role collaborates with district leadership to plan, budget, implement, and monitor programs while managing PDE reporting, grant compliance, and communications with PDE. 260-day, exempt, with a competitive salary and 12-month calendar.

Qualifications

• Experience with grant administration and federal program reporting.
• Familiarity with federal education program requirements under ESSA (Title I, II, III, IV).
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and fiscal requirements into clear guidance for district staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage end-to-end grant applications, budget revisions, and reporting in PDE eGrants.
• Oversee Time and Effort documentation to ensure Uniform Guidance compliance.
• Coordinate consultation with private/non-public schools and support parent/family engagement policies.
• Collaborate with curriculum, finance, compliance, and data teams to align activities with funding requirements.
