Job summary

Qualifications

• Develop analytical tools or programs to analyze and identify findings.
• Conduct and analyze program studies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop models for analyzing management and program studies, business and quality systems, and their effectiveness.
• Collect, review, evaluate and interpret data.
• Develop and implement systems and methods for self‑assessments; and for recommending, implementing, and integrating changes when needed.
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and conferences. Network with national and local user groups to exchange information, develop training, share resources, and develop strategies.
