The Building People, LLC is seeking a full-time Contract Specialist to support government contracting across multiple sites including Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Tampa, and Nashville. The role involves pre-award and post-award functions, such as price/cost analysis, administration, and contract termination in the Public Building Services area.

• Bachelor's degree or 24 semester hours in business, finance, law or related fields; or four years of contracting experience.
• Experience with government procurement and cost/price analysis required.
• Knowledge of FAR and government contracting regulations essential.

• Procure a wide range of services and goods using various contracting methods.
• Lead market research, pricing analysis and negotiations to achieve best value.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, agency policy and client requirements.
