Job summary

A prominent aerospace and defense firm in Cockeysville, Maryland is looking for a Facility Planner to develop and implement facility management plans. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-service orientation. Responsibilities include managing budgets, planning internal construction projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• 6+ years of facilities planning experience in place of degree.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management plans and procedures.
• Plan and execute various internal construction projects.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and recommend improvements.
• Manage facility-related contracts and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and manage facility-related budgets.
• Provide support for special projects and events.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for all facility-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve facility-related issues and improve processes.
• Assist in company-wide communications for upcoming projects, weather events, etc.
