JLL is seeking a Facility Condition Assessor to transform maintenance operations for government client sites. The role emphasizes planning, guidance, and cross-functional coordination rather than hands-on maintenance.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree with 10+ years in building/equipment maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel 60–70% across multiple sites in the Southeast region. This full-time role is based in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with extensive maintenance experience.
• 10 years of maintenance in building/equipment systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical/HVAC and security systems.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% to government client sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly facility condition assessments.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance policies and standards.
• Report issues to Facilities HQ and stakeholders.
• Develop maintenance action plans across facilities.
• Coordinate with Plant Managers and internal SMEs.
• Oversee multiple facilities in a geographic area.
