Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Director, Facilities Construction- Progressive Build to lead a team delivering high-profile manufacturing fabs projects in Boise and beyond.

You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, and long-term site improvements, aligning with corporate goals. The role emphasizes building a culture of safety, performance management, and strategic planning, with preferred PMP and semiconductor experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Construction Management or related field.
• 15 years of overall construction engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading teams on large-scale projects.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Semiconductor industry experience (preferred).
• Interest in applying AI to work processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Finish required safety training and enforce safety policies.
• Review job hazard analyses and follow PPE and chemical safety rules.
• Participate in the EHS program, report concerns, and conduct audits.
• Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies.
• Manage construction projects, oversee budgets, and develop long-term improvements.
• Maintain communication with the organization and partner with teams on projects.
• Conduct performance management and develop staff, fostering a positive culture.
• Set long-term strategic goals and plan succession for key roles.
